Turmeric Tulsi Chai is the perfect friend. With steadfast ingredients traditionally used to reduce inflammation, ground your energy, and foster self-compassion; a cup is like giving yourself a big, warm hug.
For the perfect golden milk: bring 4oz (1/2 cup) water to boil. Add 1 tsp Turmeric Tulsi Chai (add more if you like it spicier), stir, add 4oz of the milk of your choice, stir again and you’re done. Choose 1 teaspoon of your favorite sweetener (try honey!) or no sweetener at all.
