Zhi Fu Zi (prepared detoxified aconite rhizome), Bai Zhu, (atractylodes root), Ban Xia (pinellia), Gui Zhi (cinnamon twig), Long Gu (draconis os mineral), Bai Shao (white peony root), Da Zao (jujube fruit), Zhi Gan Cao (honey stir-fried licorice root), Gan Jiang (dried ginger root), Ren Shen (ginseng root)

Additional ingredients in granules: Rice Dextrin

Additional ingredients in concentrates: Filtered water, Non-GMO cane sugar alcohol (less than 30% ABV)

Additional ingredients in glycerites: Non-GMO vegetable glycerine

Granules: Measure granules into a glass or mug using provided scoop. Add 1-3 oz of boiling/very hot water. Let the herbs and water soak together for about 1 minute. Stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, or add just enough cold water to reach a desirable temperature and consistency, and drink.
