Evil Bone Water is a powerful topical pain relief and first aid liniment (for topical use only) designed to support rapid healing and recovery. Its potent herbal and alcohol-based formula provides immediate relief for chronic or acute muscle, joint, or bone pain, headaches, bruises, sprains, insect bites, and other skin irritations. Beyond pain relief, it also serves as a natural insect repellent and a soothing remedy for nasal congestion and coughs.

How it Works

Evil Bone Water’s effectiveness comes from a precise balance of warming and cooling herbs, designed to reduce pain, inflammation, and stagnation while promoting circulation and tissue repair.

Pain relief and circulation: Herbs like San/Tian Qi (Notoginseng) and E Zhu (Zedoary Rhizome) increase blood circulation, helping the body remove stagnant blood and waste products while delivering fresh oxygen and nutrients to the area. This supports faster healing and reduces discomfort.

Anti-inflammatory effects: Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root) and Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) reduce swelling and pain by clearing heat and dampness, which are often associated with inflammatory conditions.

Muscle and joint support: Gui Pi (Cinnamon Bark) and Hu Zhang (Knotweed Rhizome) help relax muscles, reduce stiffness, and promote tissue regeneration.

Skin healing and irritation relief: Zhang Nao (Camphor) and Bo He Nao (Menthol) provide cooling relief to itchy, irritated skin while acting as natural antimicrobials to prevent infection.

This combination of herbs allows Evil Bone Water to work beyond simple symptom relief. Instead of masking pain, it addresses the underlying causes by promoting circulation, reducing inflammation, and enhancing the body's natural ability to heal.

For insect stings, apply multiple times within the first few minutes for maximum relief. For poison ivy or mild skin irritations, apply frequently to soothe itching and minimize the spread of irritation.

Additional Information

Evil Bone Water is based on the traditional Chinese formula Zheng Gu Xue, a renowned remedy with over 500 years of history. Originally developed to promote bone and muscle healing, this formula has been modernized while maintaining its traditional effectiveness. Due to declining quality in imported versions, Evil Bone Water was created by Saint Apothecary to offer a premium, high-quality alternative that stays true to its classical roots.

This product is free from animal products, GMOs, gluten, and pesticides. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure purity, potency, and safety. Warnings: Evil Bone Water is for external use only—do not ingest. Before full use, perform a spot test on a small area of skin to check for allergic reactions. Avoid contact with the eyes, as the camphor and menthol may cause irritation; if exposure occurs, rinse thoroughly with water or blink to allow natural tear production to flush out the irritant. If applying with your hands, wash them before touching your eyes to prevent irritation.
