Turmeric Tulsi Chai: Herbal Tea

A powdered tea blend.

First thing in the morning, right before bed, or anytime in between, Turmeric Tulsi Chai is the perfect friend. With steadfast ingredients traditionally used to reduce inflammation, ground your energy, and foster self-compassion; a cup is like giving yourself a big, warm hug.

For the perfect golden milk: bring 4oz (1/2 cup) water to boil. Add 1 tsp Turmeric Tulsi Chai (add more if you like it spicier), stir, add 4oz of the milk of your choice, stir again and you’re done. Choose 1 teaspoon of your favorite sweetener (try honey!) or no sweetener at all.
